ANPR RTA Unassignment Bot

Automate the process case unassignment from the enforcement agent. Bot will unassign the Case received via RTA (request to assign) from the enforcement agent.

If the case is not actioned by agents within specified business hour by checking their visit to case location, Case Status and Payment Status and by checking the clamp action if any left letter. And will not unassigned if the case is paid or visit and if any left letter along with clamping.
