Case Return

Automates the Case Return Request from Enforcement agents. Case Return bot will process the Case return request from Enforcement Agents by verifying the applicable business criteria.

Such as Case Status, Agent Type & Visit’s to Case location, Payment information after verification if its Satisfied, it will return the case with appropriate return code and it will decline to return if it applicable to business criteria.
