optimise application is a primary solution for the field agents who enforces the cases against the defaulters(defendants) or customers. optimise supports and suits for multiple debts and legal operations such as Parking offences, Seizure of vehicles, Goods removal and collection of taxes.
It is designed for use in both poor as well as low lightning conditions. It also supports a range of formats of international license plates.
optimise comprises of mobile and web application which is being used by the fields agents and back-office managers/support agents respectively.optimise helps the field agents to use the features of other integrated apps to work with the cases effectively. For example, ANPR, BWV recording, QR code, and Card Payments, etc.,
The field agents can get jobs assigned to their login and they can work on the jobs according to the job type. The field agents can request specific jobs and this can be approved and assigned based on the defined rules.Those actions will be reviewed and managed through the web dashboard. The managers can create and manage the users and also can control the integrated app features through the dashboard by enabling/disabling the settings.
