Senior Software Engineer

Core Responsibilities:

• Frame specifications based on a high-level understanding of the problem statement and develop the code.
• Develop, write, and implement software-programming applications following established architecture standards as well as software development and project management methodologies.
• Implementing low-level solutions for business problems.
• Write high-quality code using the guidelines and effectively debug the code.
• Perform code review of junior members.
• Work with the application development team in delivering the project and deliverables within time and good quality.
• Assess requirements for new and enhanced functionalities; identify the impact on existing applications, operating systems, hardware, and networks.
• Perform unit testing, and ensure quality assurance of applications through system testing.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, and trends and provides inputs/recommendations to the project manager or the architect as required.
• Coordinate and communicate with the other tracks and disciplines involved in the project.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues.
• Investigate and resolve a technical issue.

Technical Skillset:

• Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as ASP.NET 4.X and above, .Net Core, C#.Net, ADO.Net, MVC, JSON and Web Api.
• Experience in creating database schema using SQL Server 2014 and above. knowledge of MongoDB or Cosmos DB is a plus.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure is preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of scripting languages like Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Better understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps integration.
• Basic understanding of design patterns and principles.
• Experience in code versioning tools like Git\ TFS\ BitBucket, etc.
• Good understanding of IIS 7. X or above.
• Experience in Session Management, Exception Handling & Logging, IOC, and DI.
• Work experience with Repository Pattern, Unit of Works and Microservices pattern is a plus.
• Experience in automation testing using selenium \ TestNg is a plus.
• Knowledge of tools: Visual Studio 2015 or higher, VS Code, SSMS, GIT/TFS, Windows 7 or higher.
• Knowledge on technologies like Service Bus, Blob, Microservices, Cosmos db etc. is a plus.

Additional:

· Week Off (Saturday – Sunday).

· Work in Office.

· Day shift. (10.00 AM to 07.00 PM).
